Every piece is made to order, but it isn't personalised for you, so your EU right of withdrawal applies in full.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.

How to return

1. Tell us within 14 days: email hello@killnothing.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. Any clear statement works.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: TYDE SRL (Kill Nothing), Via Umberto 13C, 95037 San Giovanni La Punta (CT), Italy.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Send items back unworn and unwashed. You can try them on as you would in a shop; if an item has been worn or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refund

We refund the price you paid and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

Exchanges

Since every piece is made to order, we don't swap sizes directly: return the item and place a new order in the right size.

Defective or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, misprinted or different from what you ordered, you are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Italian Consumer Code, art. 128 and following). Write to us with a photo: we remake it or refund it at no cost to you, return shipping included.
