Shipping

Every piece is printed or embroidered to order in the EU (Latvia or Spain), then shipped to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so production comes before shipping.

Where we ship

Italy and the other 26 countries of the European Union.

How long it takes

• Production: 2–5 business days.
• Delivery in the EU: 5–9 business days after shipping.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

How much it costs

Prices include VAT. Orders are shipped from the EU to the EU: no customs duties.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcel

Check your address before paying: once production has started we can't change it. If your parcel arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or doesn't arrive, write to us within 30 days of the expected delivery with your order number and a photo: we remake it or refund it, at no cost to you.
